Perk Coffee Bar for weddings

BRIDAL CAFE

Our newest offering. Enjoy a 1-hour service for you and your bridal party on the morning of your wedding. Included are 2 types of pastries, a fruit tray, and our PERK Cart menu, 8oz drink sizes, for up to 25. All supplies and barista included.

1 hour service.

Mobile coffee bar services for less than 150 guests

The Basic

All of our Espresso Cart packages start with a 1 hour service. This includes unlimited beverages, a barista to make them, and all supplies. The menu includes espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, mocha, and chai lattes. 8oz size beverages. Flavours included are Caramel, Vanilla, Sugar Free Vanilla, and one seasonal. The Basic can cover 100 guests. This is the total number of guests at your event.

$650 plus applicable tax

The Plus

Elevate the coffee experience with this package. Everything from The Basic, plus:

2 full unlimited service hours.

2 baristas.

Iced drinks. London Fogs & Earl Grey Tea

This package is best for an event with a total of up to 200 guests.

Are you looking for the full PERK Experience? With this package you’ll receive the PERK Mobile Coffee Bar Trailer, and get our full PERK Menu, including our HOT & COLD 10oz drink lineup. Your guests will enjoy the full treatment at no charge to them. Up to 250 guests.

$1100 plus applicable tax

Mileage rate after 100km travel - $0.60/km

DISCLOSURES

  • All event services within 99km of Mitchell, Mb are available with no extra mileage. Mileage charge of $0.90/km charged after 100km.. No added tax on mileage.

  • All coffee bar services include all dairy & non-dairy options (oat/almond), cups, sugar, stir sticks, stamps(company logo included, or personalized at client expense), and included flavours to service the agreed upon amount of guests. If more guests are at event then confirmed beforehand, PERK has the right to limit service to confirmed total guest amount at event as per contract, and/or end service 1 hour earlier than agreed upon.

  • Contract for any service emailed within 48 hours of booking request.

  • 100% refund policy on regular service pricing if cancelled 30 days before event. Any changes of services must be made 14 days prior to event.
